I started my Sunday off with a trip to the farmers market where I nibbled on biscotti and picked up some delicious goats milk cheese. I finished my morning off with a soy latte at the newest bakery in town, Persephone. This bakery not only has deliciously sinful baked goods, but the most appealing ambiance -- I could spend all day sitting there and, of course, sampling the menu. Everything about the Persephone experience is perfect, from the charming signage and packaging to the simple and clean interior design. Just one more reason to love Jackson!
